The one thing I struggle with however is actually sticking with something and following it through. I don't quit because I don't care, it's usually because I get completely distracted by something new and sparkly and what seems more interesting! As annoying as it is for everyone around me, it really is a lot fun trying out 'this, that and everything' all the time! :D
So what does this have to do with Wordy Wednesdays you ask? Well, I saw this quote on my reusable Lululemon shopping bag:
"Write down your short and long term GOALS four times a year. Two personal, two business and two health goals for the next 1, 5 and 10 years. Goal setting triggers your subconscious computer."

Slightly off topic, apparently this quote is part of the Lululemon manifesto?!?! Lululemon has a manifesto? Seriously? I'm not caught up in the Lululemon craze (mainly because I don't fit anything they make at this point, or should I say, they don't make anything that fits me), but I saw the bag at the thrift store and loved all the little quotes and sayings on it. It had some good positive juju going on so I snapped it up for 99 cents.
Okay, back on topic... ;o)
I am a HUGE believer in the Law of Attraction and how well it works. I have many, many personal examples of how well positive subconscious thought can work when you put it to good use. But that is for another post (see, here is me getting distracted already for the second time, it really doesn't take much... {grin})
I realized I have all these goals, but rarely do I get the chance to write them down. So that is my very first goal, to write down my goals. ;o)
By next Wednesday I will share my 1, 5 and 10 year goals with you (this promise alone will stop me from procrastinating!).
